Dr. Roland Dubois

Former Training Consultant, Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations, Employment and Training; Former Chairman of the Civil Service College of Mauritius; Ex Senior Adviser, Ministry of Finance and Economic Development. Former Director, MITD/IVTB, Former Dean and Associate Professor at the University of Mauritius; Ex Senior Vocational Training Specialist with the ILO. Ex Member of the Board of International Federation of Training & Development Organisations (IFTDO); Ex- General Secretary of the International Vocational Education and Training Association (IVETA). Awarded Chevalier des Palmes Académiques du gouvernement français” en 2008 pour soutien indéfectible a la coopération mauricienne dans le domaine de l’éducation entre autres. Have done a series of consulting at the international level in the field of TVET,. Have been Members of different Boards at the national level; Have been keynote speakers in various international and national conferences, and have published many papers and reports. Have helped pioneering and ensured the implementation of the Youth Employment Programme (YEP), Back To Work (BTW) and Dual Training Programme (DTP).
Shaheen Roheemun

Shaheen ROHEEMUN has a BA (Hons) Business Administration in Banking & Financial Services from the University of Technology, Mauritius. She worked in the private sector for over two years before taking up an internship at Enterprise Mauritius. Thereafter, Ms Roheemun assisted Roland Dubois on a major project leading to the review of the TVET Policy wherein she displayed visionary and leadership qualities. This collaboration has led to the creation of the RDCL in which she is both the co-owner and director of the company.
